Earlier this morning, some users experienced issues connecting to PC to Fax (PC2Fax), receiving a “Cannot connect to server” error.
Our engineering team identified the problem as a configuration issue with portalapi.faxsipit.com. The changes were reverted, and service was fully restored at 7:37 AM PT. Functionality has been tested and confirmed.
