The Issue: A third-party provider experienced packet loss and “routing flaps” starting around 11:00 AM PST, which caused intermittent connectivity between our legacy platform and AWS services.
Current Status: Traffic has been stabilized via an alternate network route. We will continue to monitor the platform throughout the evening to ensure total stability. Thank you for your patience.

Update: We are currently investigating reports of intermittent connectivity and decreased success rates on the Legacy Fax Portal.
Our upstream data center provider has confirmed a network issue involving an underlying service provider. This is currently impacting the portal’s ability to maintain stable connections to AWS resources.
Impact: Users may experience slow loading times, “Connection Timed Out” errors, or a lower-than-normal success rate for fax transmissions.
