Issue:
Some users have reported issues, with our legacy fax portal [
https://faxportal.faxsipit.com], where faxes appear to be submitted but do not process correctly. This is often due to outdated browser cache, particularly in older versions of
Chrome.
Recommended Fix:
Please follow the steps below before logging in to the fax portal:
1. Open the legacy fax portal in your browser (do not log in yet).
2. Press F12 on your keyboard.
3. Right-click the refresh icon (top-left, next to the address bar).
4. Select “Hard reload cache.”
Additional Tips:
Make sure your browser is up to date (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge)
