Accessing the portal via its standard URL may result in errors. However, the portal remains reachable when using its direct IP address.Key points:

Only the faxportal.faxsipit.com Portal is affected, other platforms are working as expected
Fax delivery services are fully operational and working as expected.
The issue appears to be DNS-related due to additional Cloudflare services configured on the faxportal.faxsipit.com Portal domain.
We are reviewing options, including temporarily disabling the affected Cloudflare service.
