Update 1:05PM PT  Our engineering team has identified the issue affecting ATA-based fax services.

A batch of corrupted queued faxes was isolated and quarantined. Service has now been fully restored, and new inbound and outbound faxes should be processing normally.We are continuing to monitor the system closely.
