RESOLVED – October 20, 2025 – Impact of AWS Service Issues

10:21 AM PDT – The latest mitigations applied by AWS have resolved the connectivity issues and our impacted services have returned to normal operations. Our engineers are continuing to monitor these services.

October 20 8:04am PDT – We are aware of an ongoing AWS service issue affecting the US-EAST-1 Region that began overnight. Some of our production services operate within this region.

At this time, those services remain online and are processing calls normally, though intermittent network connectivity issues within US-EAST-1 may cause some calls routed through it not to answer.

Our redundant systems in other AWS Regions are fully operational and are handling the additional load via failover as expected. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
